| Abstract: | There is no definite and clear backing force for our current reform of state-owned enterprises. Fostering subjects of interest has become the crux of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Only the greatest beneficiaries in the reforming process can become the backing force for the reform. This has been tested in Chinese history. It is essential to rely on the staff of state-owned enterprises, enable them to get real interests from the reform of state-owned enterprises and to become the dependable and driving forces of the reform. It is necessary to turn the staff of state-owned enterprises to stockholders and investors and thus become real masters of enterprises. |
