| Abstract: | The authors conducted empirical research to determine (a) the extent to which performance appraisal is used, (b) the extent to which appraisal data may be used for multiple uses within the same organization, and (c) organizational correlates of these uses. They designed a questionnaire to answer these questions. The factor analysis of the completed questionnaires indicated for general uses of information from performance appraisals. |
