| Abstract: | This paper studies the application of decision analysis to negotiations in the health care context. In particular, analytical methods can answer several important questions related to complex negotiations, including the roles of contracts, of decision aids and of negotiators. The paper concludes that micro-health care negotiations can be analyzed with existing mathematical theories of negotiation. |
