| Abstract: | A few chapters deal with the theoretical background of decision-making. Models of how organizational decisions can be made are described, and the main theory about effective decision-making is explained, including the implications for capital investment decisions. The practical part of the book follows, presenting major cases alternated with chapters assessing the theory for practical applications. Finally, attention is shifted back to theory when the authors adress the factors that make strategic investment decisions more effective. |
