Abstract:In order to provide information concerning key industrial distribution issues, a study of the industrial marketing managers of Australian organizations in the electronics, chemical, and mining equipment industries was conducted. The purpose of the study was to determine, in order of importance, the most critical distribution issues facing Australian industrial marketing executives over the next years. In this study, a critical issue was defined as a major problem or key decision that required the attention of the industrial marketing manager.
