| Abstract: | Social networking provides a way for organizations to interact with large groups of individuals, and as such, offers an idea way for government bodies to interact with citizens. In this article, analysts from research company Quocirca argue that this might make it possible for public sector bodies to provide added value to the citizen, while lowering process costs and improving security and auditability at the same time. |
