Abstract:Internet-based social networks, e.g. Facebook and Twitter, have become an important part of daily life. Many businesses are involved in such networks either as service providers or as participants. This article explores how social network analysis, developed from studies of social networks of individuals, can be used to elucidate corporate responsibilities (CSR) in social networks.
