| Abstract: | This paper makes analytic verifications of the mathematical mode of balance of profits and losses, of the mathematical model of the method of pricing of balance of profits and losses and of relevant mathematical models in cost prediction. Existing textbooks on financial management only give introductions to the usage of various financial mathematical models and they do not touch upon their composition principles and the formation process. The paper tried to partially make up this short coming through analytic verifications of some key as well as difficult financial mathematical models. |
