| Abstract: | The ways multimedia will change life are investigated. Although nobody knows how quickly multimedia will develop, what kind of applications and services will emerge in private life or in business sector, it is sure that it will drive out old technologies. This is indicated by billions of dollars invested in new information infrastructure, growing up of the Nintendo generation, that the proportion of the population that is trained to use computers is ever increasing, and by the fall of the prices of highly performative computers and other communication tools. |
