| Abstract: | Since the beginning of 1996, the operational state of China's finance has been good. From Jan. to Apr. the state's financial revenue reached 193.8 billion yuan, up 35.6% over the same period of last year, completing 28.2% of the annual budgeted revenue. The issuance of treasury bills was also conducted smoothly. But there still exist some problems especially the relative chaotic financial and economic order, such as tax and exchange-cheating, two account books, legal and illegal, "private money cupboard", and supervision and management-evading. Besides, China's finance is burdened with too heavy liabilities. It is estimated that China will have a financial deficit of over 50 billion yuan for the whole year. |
