Abstract: | In market research, Conjoint-Analysis (hereafter as: C-A.) is one of the most frequently applied instruments to measure preferences and to simulate buying processes. However, there is a lack of empirical research to validate the forecasts generated by C-A. under real market conditions. The findings from this research project provide empirical support for the literature pointing to the limitations of C-A. in forecasting real price response functions (original in German). |
