| Abstract: | This paper is about "maverick buying" which means non-compliant purchasing behaviour. A systematic literature review to identify different forms of maverick buying are used in this paper; different forms of this kind of activity are also validated. In-depth interviews with purchasing professionals have taken place during the study. |
