Abstract:By presenting educators with educational scenarios describing actual dilemmas from three different perspectives (henceforth as: prcp/s.), educators' differential decisions are explored towards identified single students as compared with unidentified students (here as: uid-st./uid-sts.), or a group of identified students (as: id-st./id-sts). Based on the first two studies, it is indicated that willingness to change the existing policy is greater when a dilemma is presented from the specific id-sts's prcp/s. than from a general one. The 3rd study's results suggest that in the educators' decisions of an id-st., allowed are more changes in school regulations, less weight given to the school needs as compared with the decisions of an uid-st. or a group of students.
