| Abstract: | This is an autobiographical account that chooses to focus on the evolution of the author's work rather than a single research experiment. It is organised historically and there are four central issues that it is organised around: social development and social justice; combining research and action for solving specific problems; working with different groups, organisations and cultures; and using multiple level of analysis to understand social dynamics. |
