Abstract:The paper survey, conducted publicly on the national scale in January 1998, indicates that domestic brand names are driving upward in the market and have become the top chosen brands of most consumers. Especially in food, drinking, clothing, shoes, cleaning, beauties, household articles and the like, those that dominated the top were almost domestic brand names. Additionally, up to 90% consumers viewed the chosen brand names qualities good or just as good, similar to the imported The domestic brand names enjoyed the great advantages at their excellent designs, cheap prices and good after-sales services in the fields of TVs, VCDs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, lorries, agricultural trucks and so on.
