| Abstract: | The article presents us the electricity price per KWH under 1KV in Hunan Province. The inhabitant's daily electricity consumption costs 0.25 yuan per KWH; the non-inhabitants' 0.403 yuan , the non-industrial and common industrial consumption 0.325 yuan, agricultural consumption 0.193 yuan; the irrigating consumption in the poor counties 0.11 yuan. The electricity price for the big industrial consumption (1-10KV) is 0.238 yuan per KWH. |
