| Abstract: | The article expounds the current state of development in China's electric power industry and forecasts that China's installed power generating equipment will have a shortage of capacity of 45 GW and $ 25 billion in fund. It also gives a detailed introduction to the policy on foreign investment in power generating. In addition, it makes an analysis and explanation of other matters concerning foreign investment in China, such as power projects, operational mode of investment, electric power price, intention of investment in technology. |
