Abstract:New approaches to organizing and managing a company or institution are at the top of the list of contemporary executive thinking. To compete successfully in the increasingly competitive and fragmented marketplace, companies need to rethink their commitment to total quality and how to achieve it. This will probably require a comprehensive review, from the bottom up , of production, service, employee morale and incentives, and management's ability to articulate its mission.There are several elements to look at when an organization begins the new change. Teamwork will be a dominant concept.
