| Abstract: | The author makes a deep comparative study of the big problems such as the motives makes a deep comparative investment, the management strategy of pluralization and the superiority of transnational management. He thinks that the management strategies of pluralization of the two companies are almost alike and each has its own superiority. At the same time, they have a lack of talented persons of high qualities in transnational management. In future, the developing strategy of China's transnational companies should take the large industry enterprises as its main factor, the general company of foreign trade and other large financial and service companies as its supplementary factors. |
