| Abstract: | On the mechanism of product, supply and market of products, the joint venture, cooperative and foreign investment enterprises are entities which have independent economic interest and operation right, but the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises are in a stage in which administrative mechanism coexist with market mechanism. On the organization and management system, the joint venture, cooperative and foreign investment enterprise can select management system decision-making patterns and various organizations, but the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises can not. On the employment and distribution system, the joint venture, cooperative and foreign investment enterprises have high salary, high pressure, qualified personnel, high spirit and good economic result. |
