| Abstract: | The paper employs the Business System theory to evaluate the importance of geographic context in the relationship between organizational performance and human resource management(HRM). Results of a large-scale survey of private sector businesses in Europe are analyzed. Three distinct geographic regions are identified, as well as 21 different "HRM bundles of competitive advantage". |
