| Abstract: | The destination of China's reform on foreign trade system is to set up a new system which fit to the characteristics of socialist market economy while cooperated with international trade conventions. This paper explicates the disparity between present foreign system of China and trade conventions of GATT, then put forward the main contents and principles which should be followed in constructing a new foreign trade system. |
