| Abstract: | The focal points of the work are as follows: cancelling the dual-track exchange system, establishing a market demand-based and regulatory system of Renminbi rate and implementing unified system of settlement of exchange in the foreign trade enterprises dealing with exports; further relaxing restriction in operation of import and export of commodities; reforming the state foreign trade enterprises according to the modern enterprise system; perfecting policies and utilizing foreign capital actively and effectively. |
