| Abstract: | Politicians are always optimistic concerning economic boom, especially before elections; however, economic experts of banks and industrial enterprises think that hopes of a real boom can prove deceitful. The results of their forecasts are presented in the article. The main economic indicators, such as interest rates, inflation, and economic growth in the three economic super powers, USA, Japan and Germany are presented as well as the change /growth/ of the volume of world trade and the development of oil price. The data relating to the production and exports of the different industries are presented too. |
