| Abstract: | It is necessary for Sichuan to enhance the development of the economic corridor between Chengdu and Chongqing in order to rise the standard of opening to the outside world. And this will bring Sichuan the following aspects of benefits:firstly, supplementing the advantages of the two cities; secondly, motivating the development of Zigong, Yibin and Luzhou which are the cities located in this economic corridor; thirdly, promoting the forming of the strategic development of the upper areas of the Changjiang River, finally, the economic corridor will be the main passageway of Sichuan's opening to the outside world. Enhancing the development of Neijiang section is the key in developing the economic corridor, so it is important to open Neijiang to the outside world |
