| Abstract: | Developing overseas investment is an effective way of bypassing the trade barriers and opening up export market. After analyzing the potential of and problems in China's overseas investment, the article considers that (1) laws and regulations on overseas investment and managerial methods should be formulated as soon as possible; (2) The enterprises groups which have the right to import and export are encouraged to invest abroad; (3) The key markets for overseas investment should be the developing countries. |
