| Abstract: | The key to the next phase in reform of foreign trade system is as follows: The country will implement an unified system for settlement of exchange in all foreign trade export enterprises; The foreign exchange used under the current account is converted by an effective certificate only while the one used under the capital account has to be examined and approved; A single RMB floating exchange rate system to be managed, with market demand and supply as its base will be established and the task of turning over foreign exchange free or with repayment, shouldered by the foreign trade enterprises before will be canceled. |
