| Abstract: | Japan has set seriously the investigation and research of China market. the investment from small, medium-sized and large enterprises keep increasing. Favoring China's domestic market. Japan has set up a new consultation institution for investment in China. The portion of investment in manufacturing industry and tertiary industry has increased. In the future, the energy field may attract more investment than others. The domestic commercial and automobile manufacturing industry are possible to become the most important fields to absorb investment from Japan. The most attractive field to Japanese traders is financial field. |
