| Abstract: | The technology advantage is a basic factor of the competitive advantage of a country. The features of the world trade structure and the trend of the adjustment of trade strategy and policy require that the technological advantage be turned into a country's competitive advantage. The further development of international division of labor makes the trade interest resource diversified. The more complex international trade structure makes technology as independent product in international trade. It also results in that the regional transaction takes the place of the multilateral transaction and a managed trade takes the place of a free trade. |
