| Abstract: | The overseas operations of the Chinese enterprises must follow the following principles: self-reliance, strengthening national power, equality and mutual benefit, respecting our country's sovereignty and interests, legal management, following reasonable international usual practice, aiming at international markets in product's development, production and sales, gradually, realizing the internationalization of the enterprises' production, sales and capital circulation keeping the balance of foreign currency income and payment and the integration of foreign currency earning and profit making; obtaining the best economic efficiency. |
