| Abstract: | The regional distribution is extremely unbalanced in mainland's foreign trade in China. The level of foreign trade in the eastern coastal areas is much higher than that in the central and western parts of China. There is also a large disparity in the performance of foreign trade among provinces and areas within the three regions. The regional foreign trade pattern, decided by many factors will still remain unchanged for a long time. |
