| Abstract: | In view of the that there is an increasing driving force and also exist resistance in the cooperation between the countries in the Meigong River Valley, the regional economic cooperation should develop according to the principle of " easy one first and difficult one second ", "individual one first and comprehensive one second" and "from bilateral one to multilateral one". It is more suitable to adopt a model of loose cooperation in project development. Efforts are focused on jointly and openly conducting development cooperation in the projects and fields which can both strengthen complementarily and avoid competition. |
