| Abstract: | Foreign trade development should not be taken into account, independently of the whole of economic development. So the reform of foreign trade system depends on the advancement of the reform of the system as a whole. In recent years, some measures in reform have not got better results and it has been difficult to push a head with the reform effectively for no other reason than that they were restricted by the corresponding system. So we should take seriously the coordination relationship necessary to reform in the reform of foreign trade. |
