| Abstract: | A loose political environment may become the precondition for making China's economy and trade invigorated and soaring. Only by incorporating resolutely China's economy, to greater extent, into the development system of world economy car a tomorrow of China's economy and trade taking off will really come. Sci-tech development is the basic graving point for the development of economy and trade while making innovation is its essential way out.
