| Abstract: | It is suggested that at present, China works out a composite standard form of documents in order to reduce the repetitive copying, examination and verification of the same items of various documents, and to achieve the actual effects of accuracy and saving time. The tentative plan for simplification of trade documents is to found a special institution, enhance unified leadership, give priority to unification and standardization of documents, attach importance to standardization of information codes of trade and popularize it gradually by way of conducting experiments. |
