| Abstract: | Forming the multi-functional business group will be beneficial in several aspects. For instance, it is in line with today's international market competition, it can regulate the business operation procedure, and it can meet the needs of China's economic system's reform. At present, there is still not a complete break in China's district blockade and sectors carving up , and the market construction has not yet become any system. So, to establish the transregional, cross-field and multi-owners-system business groups which have multi-functions is to break the meaningless self-exhausting situation of the district blockade as well as the "civil war" in every different region. |
