| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the Three Eastern Provinces' superiorities in geography, resources and industries in the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, this paper puts forward the following strategy of the Three Eastern Provinces' participating in the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia: (1)Helongjiang province should open wide to the outside world and expand to the north, taking Russia as the key point, and at the same time unite with the economic forces in the southern provinces and cites to participate in the development in the areas along the border; (2)Jilin province should focus on the development of Tumenjiang River and open the passageway of frontier in a bid to strive for resuming the Tumenjiang's tight to go to sea; (3)Liaoning province should bring Dalian port's role of head into full play to promote the economic development. |
