| Abstract: | China should establish a new mechanism of foreign trade management suited to the operational mechanism of national economy through deepening reform. It should also formulate in time the reform measures keeping abreast of the situation according to its development. The government should strengthen macro regulation and control, extricating itself from the micro affairs under the old system, such as complex administrative examination and approval, and distribution. The function of social intermediary institutions should be strengthened too. In addition, the issue of making China's foreign trade in line with the standards of international trade should be considered. |
