| Abstract: | The factors promoting the rapid development of foreign trade in the past three years are disappearing. This year, the state will further adjust and reduce the import tariff rate and export tax refund rate and implement the special account system for processing materials supplied by customers. It will no doubt exert greater influence on the exports of foreign trade. During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, Shanghai's foreign trade must realize three shifts, that is, shift from being industries creating foreign exchange to becoming leading industries in terms of the orientation of industries, shift to relying on "large-scale foreign trade" in terms of the growing point of foreign trade and shift from being extensive to seeking good quality in terms of the growth mode. |
