| Abstract: | In 1996, China's exports will still maintain a moderate growth and reach USD 160 billion with the increase margin falling obviously compared with the last two years, according to an estimate. The turn over of the processing trade will account for 50% or so of China's foreign trade total. At present, the policy environment for the development of foreign trade is not loose any more and it has changed from promoting its development to restraining its development. Therefore, under the premise of optimizing the structure of export commodities and raising the economic effect, the scale of export should be expanded, the order of the operation of foreign trade improved, export refund standardized and the policy support of credits and insurance provided to enlarge export. |
