| Abstract: | The shift of the economic system from planned economy to market economy urgently demands the shift of the economic mode from being extensive to intensive. To establish modern enterprise system is to lay foundation for intensive operation. The main measures to practice intensive operation are to reform the labor, personnel and distribution systems established under the planned economic system and to implement asset management responsibility system. Besides, the internal potential of foreign economic and trade enterprises should be tapped in a bid to raise efficiency through improving management. The objective demand of practicing intensive operation is to raise the scale efficiency and competitiveness. |
