| Abstract: | The challenge facing the special economic zones is that the declining advantage status of the original labor- intensive industries has resulted in the shortage of capital. We should say that it is both a challenge and a chance. Obviously, in front of the challenge, the special economic zones must change their strategy and develop high-tech industries and upgrade industries. This is also the chance which the special economic zones must seize in order to develop its technology-intensive industries. |
