Abstract: | The regional opening model means that one country selects certain administrative regions as units where special economic zones are established and special opening policies and flexible measures adopted in order to attract overseas production factors for economic development. China chose this model when it began to practice its opening policy. The industrial opening model, a cycling one with high efficiency means that the carefully selected industries used as units link the domestic economy with the world economy in terms of material value and information flow with the aid of opening policy. This model has become the inevitable choice for economic development. |
