| Abstract: | In the field of the world trade, there appear the virtuous circle development mechanism and vicious circle development mechanism. The circle functional mechanisms for education, personnel and economic returns have already existed. According to the practical conditions in the eastern and western areas of China, this paper considers that the value-added of manpower capital, that is , taking investment in education as the capital of enterprises' development, is the precursor of virtuous circle. The combination of technology, industry and trade can promote the leap change of circle development mechanism. Besides, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the combination of technology, industry and trade. |
