| Abstract: | The mode of growth of foreign trade will change as a matter of course if a new mechanism can be created on the basis of planning at macro, intermediate and micro levels and can stimulate foreign trade dealers to change styles of business both from the outside and the inside. This is what is meant by innovations of foreign trade systems. The key lies in improvement of systems at the micro level, and attention to costs of transactions and innovations. |
