| Abstract: | We are faced with challenges and opportunities which are more than challenges in 1996. In that year, the reform of the state foreign economic and trade enterprises should be listed as the central task of the reform. The pilot projects for establishing a modern enterprise system should be undertaken actively. Besides, the indirect adjustment and control system of foreign economy and trade with the economic and legal means as the main one should be perfected and the administrative system reformed. Moreover, the reform of institutions should be carried out in a all-round way in order to perfect the intermediary service system of foreign economy and trade. |
