| Abstract: | The social economic statistics and mathematical statistics should be merged step by step into one single statistics; the foreign trade business statistics and customs statistics should be clearly distinguished in function and coordinated in the development and utilization of foreign trade statistics information. Along with the reform of enterprises management system, the operating accounting, accounting calculation and statistics accounting should be integrated into enterprises management information systematization. At the same time, the priority which was given to statistical inquiry should be shifted to statistical analysis in foreign trade statistics while the stress which was laid on scale shifted to economic returns in statistical study. |
