| Abstract: | Since the issue of granting national treatment to foreign funded enterprises, China has taken measures to do so gradually. But people have some misunderstandings of it. Considering that national treatment to foreign-funded enterprises means to treat them and Chinese enterprises equally without differences, they don't think it proper and so ask to cancel it as soon as possible. Some also think that it is irrational to set a limit to the fields that foreign businessmen invest in and so some adjustments should be made. The author has different opinion. He thinks that attracting foreign investment by giving preferential treatment better than national treatment has become an important international practice recognised and followed by every country. |
