| Abstract: | The problems existing in China's foreign trade agent system are incorrect understanding, imperfect laws and regulations, lack of objective conditions and micro basis and the weak capacity of foreign trade enterprises and production enterprises. To solve these problems, we should change concepts, deepen understandings, perfect agent legislation, accelerate the reform of foreign trade enterprises and grant them more operation rights over foreign trade. Besides, we should speed up the integration of business of domestic and foreign trade to promote the formation of unified market and the domestic market's blending with the world market, let enterprises know the foreign trade agent system, popular in the world and learn and apply it, and strengthen the government's ability of macro regulation and control and their supporting measures. |
