| Abstract: | To develop the foreign trade in special economic zones under the new situation, they should turn to their advantage natural geography and regional positions. Besides, they should strengthen economic and trade relations and co-operation with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to make special economic zones, especially Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Hainan special economic zones and Hong Kong and Macao merge into an organic whole in economy in a bid to form gradually the administration and management centre and business and trade centre of international corporations in the world or in Asia and the Pacific Region as well as "a large free trade area" which will, in turn, promote the development of foreign trade in special economic zones. |
